Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Combustion and Flue Gas Process Flow

Combustion Process Flow
  1. The sorted waste enters the first combustion chamber in batches at predetermined intervals.
  2. By controlling the air intake, the waste undergoes a drying, thermal decomposition, and combustion process within the first combustion chamber. Ash and small particles that cannot undergo thermal decomposition are discharged from the furnace through an ash discharge device.
  3. The flue gas generated during the drying and thermal decomposition process enters the second combustion chamber.
  4. After thorough decomposition at temperatures exceeding 850°C for a minimum of 2 seconds, the combustible gases are discharged for subsequent processing.
Flue Gas Process Flow
  • Phase One In the second combustion chamber, the high-temperature gases are processed. With the assistance of the flue gas quenching tower, the gases effectively pass from 850°C to 180°C in just 2 seconds, bypassing the conditions for the secondary formation of dioxins. Subsequently, with the aid of specialized nozzles, simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification take place.
  • Phase Two The gas, cooled and desulfurized by the quenching tower, undergoes separation of particulate matter and larger particles produced during the neutralization process through the action of a medium-efficiency cyclone dust collector.
  • Phase Three The discharged flue gas, after high-temperature pulse jet bag filtration, effectively adsorbs residual dust and fine particulate matter in the gas, along with heavy metals, dioxins, and other components adhering to it. This ensures that the tail gas treatment meets the standards.
  • Phase Four The flue gas, after precise filtration by the bag filter, is emitted through the chimney to meet emission standards with the assistance of a centrifugal fan.
